1. The following Terms & Conditions will apply to all transactions. 'lunch-on.com' is the trading name of LUNCH-ON.COM LTD.

2. To use this service customers must be over the age of 16 and have completed the necessary registration process, orders can only be taken from offices or places of work unless the order involves catering.

3. LUNCH-ON.COM LTD reserve the right to cancel any order without notice, any moneys paid will be refunded. If collective order values originating from one location do not meet the published minimum collective order value. Collective means all individual orders being placed by individual customers from one location.

4. Delivery is free for all orders over £35.70+VAT within the local delivery areas, for orders below this value there will be a charge of £7.50+VAT further charges apply for delivery to South Bank of the Humber, York, Leeds etc.

5. We make all the necessary precautions to ensure that we do not go out of stock of products. However on some occasions it may be necessary to substitute some ingredients. On these occasions the customer has the right to reject the substitution.

6. The prices displayed on the website at checkout represent the price that will be paid by the customer.

7. Payment for delivered orders must be made on the day of delivery. Suitable methods of payment can be selected at checkout. Credit and Debit cards are processed by PayPal, registration for this service is separate to lunch-on.com the minimum order value for this service is £5.00. We reserve the right to amend the minimum order charge at anytime without prior notice. Alternatively Cash on Delivery can be selected and can be paid on receipt of goods to the delivery driver.

8. The delivery service is free at this time for orders below £50. However LUNCH-ON.COM LTD reserves the right to amend delivery charges at anytime and without prior notice.

9. Once the order is placed a contract is formed between LUNCH-ON.COM LTD and the customer, the order can only be cancelled at the discretion of LUNCH-ON.COM LTD.

10. Ownership of goods transfers from LUNCH-ON.COM LTD to the customer at the time of payment and delivery.

11. Fresh food should be refrigerated until consumed, LUNCH-ON.COM LTD ensure that all food products are supplied at a temperature appropriate for the food. LUNCH-ON.COM LTD do not accept responsibility for loss caused by products which have not been stored at appropriate temperatures for that product post delivery.

12. Customers are advised that all fresh food products should be eaten on the day of delivery, LUNCH-ON.COM LTD do not accept any responsibility for loss caused by products consumed one day after delivery.

13. Internet Protocol (IP) address are logged for all orders and registrations, any orders placed and not honoured by the customer will be traced to origination and reported to the appropriate Internet Service Provider (ISP).

14. LUNCH-ON.COM LTD reserves the right to alter or withdraw any of its services at any time, to refuse the service to any customer and to amend these Terms & Conditions.
