Tenderloin of pork, with crushed sauted mushrooms and our special spiced apple chutney. Wrapped in Parma Ham and then encased in Puff Pastry. Served with Calvados Gravy and Roasted Summer Vegetables.

The minimum order is for 12 people, prices are £11.95 per head + VAT. Please select the amount of people by changing the quantity required in your basket. We appreciate at least 48 hours notice of orders, please indicate the date the buffet is required for within the comments section at checkout. This dish is delivered hot, provided with a Bain Marie and will remain hot for upto 2 hours, we can cook onsite if required this will incure extra charges.
