Delivery

At this time we only deliver to offices or places of work in the Hull & Beverley Areas and Surrounding Suburbs, however we do offer the catering service to individuals home. All delivery is free of charge.

Catering orders must be requested at least one day before the service is required, the site allows the facility to select the day of delivery. Or place the date required for delivery within the comments section

Returns

We strive to offer the highest standards of service, however the majority of products we deliver are perishable and should be eaten on the day of purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product please e-mail customercare@lunch-on.com or alternatively use the Contact Us form available in from the link in the 'information' box and we will try and resolve the problem. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery is free for all orders over £35.70+VAT within the local delivery areas, for orders below this value there will be a charge of £7.50+VAT. We can deliver to South of the Humber locations and further a field, please contact to discuss first.
